The Wood-Lite Commercial Wood Door Package is a complete interior commercial door solution featuring a premium unfinished natural birch veneer door and a heavy-duty 16-gauge steel drywall frame. Designed for durability, accessibility, and dependable everyday operation, this package includes commercial-grade ball bearing hinges, a Grade 2 lever lockset, and a Grade 1 adjustable door closer.
The heavy-duty 16-gauge steel frame features a wrap-around drywall design specifically for interior wood stud walls with drywall on both sides. The frame wraps around the finished wall for a clean, professional appearance. Select the appropriate jamb depth / throat size to accommodate your finished wall thickness.
Includes a Grade 1 adjustable commercial door closer to help meet ADA door closing requirements when properly selected and adjusted. Final ADA compliance depends on installation, opening force, closing speed, clearances, and applicable accessibility standards.
