The Wood-Lite Commercial Wood Replacement Door is designed to replace an existing interior commercial wood door without replacing the hollow metal steel frame. Featuring premium unfinished natural birch veneer, this replacement door comes factory prepped with custom hinge locations and a 2-1/8" bored hole for compatible rim panic bar outside lever trim. Designed for commercial single-door applications using a surface-mounted rim exit device with keyed outside lever trim. Optional vision glass lite and door louver cutouts are available.

The Wood-Lite replacement door is an ideal solution for replacing worn, damaged, or outdated commercial wood doors equipped with a rim panic bar and outside keyed lever trim. The door features custom hinge mortises to match your existing hollow metal frame and a factory bored 2-1/8" hole for compatible outside lever trim. This preparation allows installers to reuse compatible existing hardware or install new customer-supplied rim exit hardware while reducing on-site machining.
Ideal Applications: Commercial offices, retail spaces, schools, interior corridors, storage rooms, and other commercial building interiors requiring rim exit hardware with controlled outside entry.
Important: Interior use only. Hinges, rim panic bar, outside lever trim, and existing steel frame are not included. The 2-1/8" bored hole is intended for compatible rim exit device lever trim and is not a universal preparation for all panic hardware. Verify the exit device manufacturer and model, trim template, required bore centerline and backset, handing, hinge sizes and locations, frame strike compatibility, and clearances before ordering. Additional mounting holes or preparations may be required during installation. This door is non-fire-rated. Confirm that the selected hardware and installation meet applicable building, fire, and accessibility requirements.
