Touchless Double Door Activation

Traditional handicap activation switches require the user to physicallypress a push plate or button.

TheMaverick HA8LP Dual Touchless Packageuses wave-to-open activation switches so users can activate the automaticdouble doorswithout physically touching the activation device.

A user simply waves a hand in front of the touchless switch.The activation signal is transmitted wirelessly to the automatic door system,which initiates the programmed opening cycle for both HA8LP operators.

The result isautomatic simultaneous opening of both door leaveswithout requiring the pedestrian to physically press an activation button.

Two HA8LP Operators – Both Doors Open Automatically

A commercial double-door opening requires a different automatic door solutionwhenboth door leaves need to open automatically.

For this reason, this package is especially well suited forinterior double doors, restrooms, hospitals, medical facilities,offices and other indoor commercial applications.

Do not position the touchless activation switches where direct sunlightwill shine directly onto the sensor.

For exterior applications or locations where the activation device willreceive direct sunlight, a different activation device may be more appropriate.

Wireless Touchless Activation

The touchless activation switches communicate with the automatic door systemthroughwireless transmitters and a receiver.

This reduces the need to run activation wiring from each switch locationback to the automatic door operators.
