The Ingersoll Rand Senior Swing is designed to function as both an automatic door operator and a conventional manually operated door. When an activation device is used, the operator automatically opens the door to provide barrier-free access.

The Push N' Go feature allows the automatic opening cycle to begin when a user starts manually moving the door. Depending on the system configuration, this can provide automatic assistance without requiring activation from a separate wall switch or push plate.
The operator also provides a power boost function that can deliver additional force during the final portion of the closing cycle to help overcome latch resistance or building pressure.
The legacy Senior Swing uses an electromechanical operating system with microprocessor control. A built-in digital keypad allows installers to configure and adjust operator performance during installation and service.
