The Hager 8300 Series Dual Automatic Door Opener is a commercial low-energy automatic swing door power operator system designed for paired and double-door accessible entrances. Engineered for quiet operation, easy installation and flexible programming, the Hager 8300 provides a versatile solution for commercial double doors requiring automatic ADA access.
The dual configuration provides powered operation for both leaves of a commercial double-door opening. The non-handed operator design provides installation flexibility for push/outswing and pull/inswing applications.
With onboard accessory power, electric lock integration, adjustable opening and closing speeds, programmable hold-open time and advanced control capabilities, the Hager 8300 Series can be integrated into a complete commercial automatic double-door entrance.
The Hager 8300 Series dual configuration is designed for commercial entrances where both leaves of a pair of swing doors require automatic operation. Each door leaf is operated by its respective operator assembly, providing automatic access across the paired opening.
Automatic operation of both doors can provide a wider accessible entrance for wheelchair users, pedestrians, carts, medical equipment, deliveries and other applications where the full double-door opening is desired.
The Hager 8300 Series is designed for low-energy ADA automatic door applications. The operator is ANSI/BHMA A156.19 certified for applicable doors up to 48" wide and 200 lbs. per door leaf.
Compatible knowing-act activation devices such as handicap push buttons, wireless push plates or touchless actuators can be incorporated into the automatic entrance system. Opening speed, closing speed and hold-open time are adjustable for the requirements of the installation.
Appropriate automatic door signage is included with each operator.
The Hager 8300 is non-handed, providing flexibility for different paired-door handings and swing directions. The proper operator arm configuration is selected according to the installation.

The Hager 8300 Series provides adjustable operating parameters for commercial double-door entrance requirements. Standard programming includes opening and closing speed adjustment along with hold-open timing.
An optional KP EVO Programming Device (2-679-0907) is available for advanced programming functions.

The Hager 8300 includes onboard 24 VDC accessory power and an electric lock relay, allowing the operators to be incorporated into commercial double-door entrance systems using compatible electric locks, magnetic locks, sensors and activation devices.
Compatible activation options can include handicap push buttons, wireless activation switches, touchless actuators and other appropriate knowing-act devices.
