What is a 90 Minute Fire Rated Wood Door?

A 90 minute fire rated wood door is engineered to withstand fire exposure for up to 90 minutes. These doors are rigorously tested and certified to act as a robust barrier against flames and smoke, providing critical protection in the event of a fire. The extended fire resistance ensures that occupants have ample time to evacuate safely, and fire and rescue teams have additional time to respond.
