Ranger VE Installation Instructions

Door Assembly (Illustration Below):
Step 1: Lay Out The Door Stiles
Step 2: Assemble Tie Rods In Lock Stile and Hinge Stile (Fig. 1A & B)
Step 3: Glaze Door and Install Snap In Glass Stops
Step 4: Hang Door Inside Of Frame Using Pivot Hinges (Fig. 2)
Step 5: Adjust Door Sag With Leveling Screw (Fig. 3)
Step 6: Check Door Operation

Frame Installation (Illustration Below):
Step 1: Identify Frame Components
Step 2: Attach Proper Hinge Jamb
and Strike Jamb to Header Using Hardware.
Step 3: Install Bottom Jamb Pivot and
Threshold Support Bracket
Step 4: Attach Frame To Wall Opening
Step 5: Check That Frame Is Plumb and Level
Step 6: Install Door Threshold
Step 7: Install Door Into Frame
