The Wood-Lite Commercial Wood Door Package With 12" Sideliteis a complete interior commercial entrance solution featuring a premium unfinished natural birch veneer door, a heavy-duty 16-gauge welded steel sidelite frame, and 1/4" clear tempered glass. Designed specifically for interior wood stud walls with drywall, this package includes commercial-grade ball bearing hinges, a Grade 2 entrance keyed lever lockset, and a Grade 1 adjustable door closer.
The heavy-duty 16-gauge steel frame features afully welded door and 12" sidelite configuration with 5-3/4" jamb depth designed for interior wood stud walls with drywall. Unlike wrap-around drywall frames, this frame is designed to butt against the wood stud wall. Supplied steel strap anchors allow the frame to be securely attached to the wood studs during installation. The frame comes in a gray primer finish, ready for field painting.
The 12" sidelite includes 1/4" clear tempered safety glassto provide natural light and visibility between interior spaces. The glass ships separately from the welded steel frame to help protect it during transportation. Glass must be installed and glazed in the field.
Includes a Grade 1 adjustable commercial door closerto help meet ADA door closing requirements when properly selected and adjusted. Final ADA compliance depends on installation, clear opening width, opening force, closing speed, maneuvering clearances, and applicable accessibility standards.
